Minimum NIghts

We do require a two-night minimum stay for all reservations. This helps us protect the natural beauty by preventing high traffic. It also helps our guests truly immerse themselves in the experience.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

A 10% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This amount is refundable up to 30 days prior to the reservation date. A reservation can be canceled up to 7 days prior to the check-in date. However the 10% deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of the reservation date.

Age Requirement

At least one member of any party must be 18 years or older.

General Rules

We try to keep noise levels down between 10pm and 7am. Sound carries really well across the pond and we try to be respectful and courteous to our neighbors!

Drugs and Alcohol are permitted on the island. Only substances that are in accordance with Maine State law.

Liability

You are responsible for yourselves during your time on the island. All guests over the age of 18 will need to sign a waiver upon arrival.
